Provision of documents to Commissioner

(1)

A document may be served on, given to or lodged with the Commissioner in a way approved by the Commissioner.

Note—

The ways a document may be served under this Act that are approved by the Commissioner are listed on the NSW Police Force website.

(2)

Nothing in this section affects the operation of any provision of a law or of the rules of a court authorising a document to be served on the Commissioner in any other manner.
