Revocation of public assembly restriction declarations

Current

The following persons may, at any time, revoke a public assembly restriction declaration and must revoke the declaration if directed by the Police Minister—

(a)

for a public assembly restriction declaration made by the Commissioner of Police—the Commissioner,

(b)

for a public assembly restriction declaration made by a Deputy Commissioner of Police—the Deputy Commissioner or the Commissioner of Police.
