26ZF Contacting Law Enforcement Conduct Commission or Ombudsman
A person being detained is entitled to contact—
(a)
if the person is being detained by a police officer, including at a police station—the Law Enforcement Conduct Commission, or
(b)
if the person is being detained at a correctional centre or detention centre under an arrangement under section 26X—the Ombudsman.
