2 Terms of office of directors
(1)
Subject to this Schedule and the regulations, a director holds office for such period (not exceeding 5 years) as is specified in the director’s instrument of appointment, but is eligible (if otherwise qualified) for re-appointment.
(2)
However, a director cannot hold office for periods, whether consecutive or non-consecutive, that total more than 10 years.
