43 Establishment of Transport Advisory Board
(1)
There is established by this Act a Transport Advisory Board.
(2)
The Advisory Board is to consist of the following members—
(a)
the Transport Secretary or a member of staff of the Department of Transport or of the Transport Service nominated by the Transport Secretary,
(b)
no fewer than 3, and no more than 7, members appointed by the Minister.

Schedule 3 contains provisions relating to the members and procedure of the Advisory Board.
