9 Abolition of Railway Workshops Board
(1)
The Railway Workshops Board is abolished.
(2)
A person who, immediately before the commencement of this clause, held office as a member of the Railway Workshops Board—
(a)
ceases to hold that office, and
(b)
is not entitled to any remuneration or compensation because of the loss of that office.
(3)
Any assets, rights, liabilities or obligations of the Railway Workshops Board shall be assets, rights, liabilities or obligations of the State Rail Authority.
