Sale to be arranged so as to obtain highest prices

(cf SCR Part 45, rules 5, 7 and 8; Act No 11 1970, section 59)

For the purpose of obtaining the highest prices for the property, the Sheriff—

(a)

must ascertain what appears to the Sheriff to be the best place for the sale to be held, and

(b)

must cause the sale to be held at the place so ascertained.
