115 Proceedings for offences
(1)
Proceedings for an offence under this Act (other than section 89) or the regulations may be dealt with summarily before the Local Court.
(2)
Proceedings for an offence under section 89 may be dealt with summarily before—
(a)
the Local Court, or
(b)
the Supreme Court in its summary jurisdiction.
(3)
The maximum fine the Local Court may impose for an offence in proceedings before it under section 89 is $10,000.
