22 Definitions
In this Part—
amending Act means the Fines Amendment Act 2017.
existing order means—
(a)
an order for restitution arising from a provisional order that was confirmed by the Commissioner or Tribunal before the substitution of section 72 by the amending Act, or
(b)
an order for restitution within the meaning of the Victims Support and Rehabilitation Act 1996 (as in force before its repeal) that is in force.
