159 Voting by interested member
(1)
A member of the Board who has a material personal interest in a matter being considered by the Board—
(a)
must not vote, whether at a meeting or otherwise, on the matter, and
(b)
must not be present while the matter is being considered at a meeting.
(2)
A reference in subsection (1) to a matter includes a reference to a proposed resolution under section 160 in relation to the matter, whether relating to the member or a different member.
