Quorum where s 159 applies

(1)

Despite section 151, if a member of the Board is disqualified under section 159 in relation to a matter, a quorum is present during the consideration of the matter if 2 members of the Board who are entitled to vote on any motion that may be moved at the meeting in relation to the matter are present.

(2)

The Minister may deal with a matter to the extent the Board must not deal with the matter because of subsection (1).
