91A Advice to Minister
(1)
IPART is to provide advice to the Minister on a matter concerning the operation or administration of this Act on which the Minister requests IPART’s advice.
(2)
IPART may request the Minister to refer a matter concerning the operation or administration of this Act to it for its advice.
