92 IPART guidelines
(1)
IPART may issue guidelines as to the manner in which it exercises its functions under this Act.
(2)
IPART must keep the guidelines available for inspection by members of the public, free of charge, during normal office hours.
(3)
It is sufficient compliance with subsection (2) if a copy of the guidelines is made available to the public on IPART’s internet website.
(4)
Copies of the guidelines are to be made available to members of the public, at cost, during normal office hours.
