3 Change of name of Board

The Border Fence Maintenance Board is a continuation of, and the same entity as, the Wild Dog Destruction Board that was constituted under this Act before its amendment by the Biosecurity Act 2015.
(2)
A reference in any Act or any instrument to the Wild Dog Destruction Board, to the extent that it relates to anything that is done or occurs after the commencement of the amendments made to this Act by the Biosecurity Act 2015, is taken to be a reference to the Border Fence Maintenance Board.
