153 Degree of permanent impairment must be assessed under this division
(1)
The degree of permanent impairment that results from an injury must be assessed as provided by this division.
(2)
A reference in the Workers Compensation Acts to a degree of permanent impairment assessed under this part is a reference to the degree of permanent impairment agreed in a permanent impairment agreement.
