20 Entitlement to compensation for permanent impairment
During the transitional period ending on 31 December 2026, the formula in the 1987 Act, section 66(2)(b) as amended by the 2025 Act, Schedule 1.4[8] must be read as “$100,350 + [$6,210 x (D–30)]”.
