Authority may accept undertaking

In force

(1)

The Authority may accept a written undertaking given by an insurer in relation to a contravention or alleged contravention by the insurer in relation to the Workers Compensation Acts.

(2)

The giving of an undertaking does not constitute an admission of guilt by the insurer in relation to the contravention or alleged contravention to which the undertaking relates.
