7 Payment of interest
Section 151M, as substituted by the WorkCover Legislation Amendment Act 1995, applies to any claim for damages that—
(a)
is a claim in respect of an injury received by a worker at or after 4 pm on 30 June 1987 or the death of a worker resulting from or caused by such an injury, and
(b)
was not settled or finally determined as at the date on which that section was so substituted.
