8 Occupational rehabilitation services
The amendments made to Division 3 of Part 3 of this Act by Schedule 4 (4)–(7) to the Workers Compensation (Benefits) Amendment Act 1989—
(a)
do not apply to occupational rehabilitation services provided before the commencement of Schedule 4 (4)–(7) to that Act, and
(b)
do not affect compensation payable for medical or related treatment, or hospital treatment, given before that commencement.
