5AA Chief executive
(1)
The Minister is to appoint a person as the chief executive of the Authority.
Note—
Schedule 1B contains provisions relating to the chief executive of the Authority.
(2)
The affairs of the Authority are to be managed and controlled by the chief executive.
(3)
Any act, matter or thing done in the name of, or on behalf of, the Authority by the chief executive is taken to have been done by the Authority.
