87B Parties to a complaint
(1)
If the Commissioner refers a complaint to the Tribunal under section 87(1), the Commissioner must determine the parties to the complaint.
(2)
Despite subsection (1) and without limiting section 128 of the
Northern Territory Civil and Administrative Tribunal Act 2014, the Tribunal may add, substitute or remove a party to a complaint referred to it.
