Apologies and retractions

(1)

In addition to an order under section 88, the Tribunal may order a respondent to apologise to a complainant or a complainant to apologise to a respondent and make such retractions as the Tribunal considers appropriate.

(2)

For the purposes of subsection (1), the Tribunal may order an apology or retraction to be published or made in such manner as the

Tribunal thinks fit.
