7 Tenure of office
(1)
A member appointed by the Minister holds office for a term of
3 years and is eligible for re-appointment.
(2)
If the office of a member becomes vacant before the expiration of the member's term of office, the person appointed to fill the vacancy holds office for the unexpired portion of the member's term of office.
