18 Corridor need not be fenced
Subject to the Rail Safety (National Uniform Legislation) Act 2012 but despite any Act or other law of the Territory, the consortium is not required:
(a)
to fence the corridor or to replace, maintain or repair a fence in relation to the corridor; or
(b)
to contribute to or join in the construction, replacement, maintenance or repair of a fence in relation to the corridor.
