13 CEO to consider application
(1)
If a permit issuing authority refers an application to the CEO, the CEO must consider the application.
(2)
The CEO must advise the permit issuing authority whether the CEO considers the proposed activity comprises bioprospecting or not.
(3)
If the CEO considers the proposed activity comprises bioprospecting, Division 2 applies.
