14 Assessment of applications
(1)
In considering an application, the CEO may consult any
Department, Agency or body of the Commonwealth or the Territory, or any other body or person that may have information relevant to the application.
(2)
A person or body giving information for subsection (1) in good faith is not civilly or criminally liable for the giving of the information.
