146 Attendance of witnesses
The Appeals Board may, by notice in writing served on a person, require the person to attend at a hearing of the Board for the purpose of giving evidence, or to produce to the Board a document that is relevant to the hearing, at a time, date and place specified in the notice.
The Board may keep a document produced to it under this section for as long as it considers necessary for the purpose of completing the hearing.
A person must comply with a requirement under this section to attend and give evidence at a hearing, or to produce a document, to the extent to which the person is lawfully able to do so.
Maximum penalty: 8 penalty units.
