139 Form of appeals and applications
(1)
An appeal to the Appeals Board must contain details of the grounds of the appeal and such other particulars, if any, as are prescribed and be accompanied by the prescribed fee.
(2)
An application or referral to the Appeals Board must contain details of the application or referral and such other particulars, if any, as are prescribed and be accompanied by the prescribed fee.
