Schedule 4applies in relation to the following:

166 Offences
A person must not:
(a)
fail or refuse to produce records on being required to do so by an authorised officer in pursuance of section 164; or
(b)
make a false or misleading statement in answer to an inquiry in pursuance of that section; or
(c)
assault, delay, obstruct, hinder or impede an authorised officer in the performance of a function or exercise of a power under this
Act.
Maximum penalty: 40 penalty units.
