167 Evidentiary provisions
(1)
In proceedings before a court, the court must take judicial notice of a notice, order or direction purporting to have been given under this Act by the Minister, the Appeals Board or the Director.
(2)
In proceedings before a court, a copy of an adopted code or standard, or a code or standard referred to in an adopted code or standard, or of any part thereof, purporting to be certified by the
Director or an officer authorised for the purpose by the Director, is admissible in evidence.
