171 Repeal of Regulations and savings
(1)
The Regulations in force under the repealed Act immediately before the commencement of this Act are repealed.
(2)
Despite the repeal referred to in subsection (1), the
Regulations remain in force to the extent necessary to give effect to the continued application of the repealed Act in pursuance of section 170.
