74 Temporary occupation of buildings
(1)
Despite anything to the contrary in this Act or the Regulations, a person may, with the approval of a building certifier, occupy on a temporary basis a building for which a building permit has not or could not be granted.
(2)
An application for an approval to occupy a building on a temporary basis may be made to a building certifier by the owner of the building or by the owner's agent.
