32 University accounts
(1)
Subject to this Part, the Council may open and maintain accounts with any ADI.
(2)
All moneys received by the University must be paid to the credit of the accounts referred to in subsection (1).
(3)
Subject to the terms of a trust, money in an account referred to in subsection (1) must be applied by or with the authority of the
Council only for the purposes of the University.
