37 Financial accommodation
(1)
The Council may obtain an advance by way of loan:
(a)
from the Treasurer;
(b)
on overdraft from an ADI; or
(c)
from any other person.
(2) An advance under subsection (1)(c) may be on security and at a rate of interest and on terms and conditions that the Council thinks fit.
