These Regulations may be cited as the Community Based Sentences (Interstate Transfer) Regulations 2023.
These Regulations commence on the commencement of section 28 of the Community Based Sentences (Interstate Transfer) Act 2023.
For section 5 of the Act, definition participating jurisdiction, paragraph (b), each of the following is declared to be a participating jurisdiction:
the Australian Capital Territory;
New South Wales;
Queensland;
South Australia;
Tasmania;
Victoria;
Western Australia.
