Subdivision 1Delegates to Constitutional Convention
6 Delegates
(1)
Three delegates are to be elected for each division, comprising:
(a)
two ordinary delegates; and
(b)
one reserve delegate.
(2) An ordinary delegate is a delegate who is elected as an ordinary delegate.
(3) A reserve delegate is a delegate who is elected as a reserve delegate.
