8 Reserve delegates
(1)
A reserve delegate may participate in the Constitutional
Convention as provided by the rules adopted by the Convention.
(2)
A reserve delegate may take the place of an ordinary delegate elected from the reserve delegate's division in the Convention as provided by the rules adopted by the Convention.
