72 Representation of prisoner
(1)
In misconduct proceedings, the prisoner is to represent himself or herself.
(2)
However, if the General Manager considers the prisoner is unable to adequately represent himself or herself, the General Manager may approve a person nominated by the prisoner to assist or represent the prisoner.
(3)
The nominated person must be another prisoner, or a person employed, at the custodial correctional facility.
(4)
The prisoner is not entitled to representation by a legal practitioner.
