76 Decision on review
(1) After reviewing the misconduct decision, the reviewer must do one of the following:
(a)
affirm the misconduct decision;
(b)
vary the misconduct decision;
(c)
quash the misconduct decision.
(2) Section 73(2), (3) and (4) apply in relation to the decision on review as if it were a misconduct decision.
