For Schedule 3, items 5 and 6:
(a)
the reference to a period of service includes a reference to service before the commencement of these Regulations; and
(b)
a reference to the Agency includes, in relation to a period before that commencement, a reference to the Agency from time to time administering the repealed Prisons (Correctional Services)
Act 1980.
