Criminal Code Act 1983

Any person who conspires with another:

to prevent or defeat the execution or enforcement of any statute law;

to prevent or obstruct the free and lawful disposition of any property by the owner thereof for its fair value; or

to prevent or obstruct, by means of any conduct that, if engaged in by an individual person, would constitute an offence on his part, the free and lawful exercise of the trade, profession or occupation of any person,

is guilty of an offence and is liable to imprisonment for 3 years.
