For this Division, the required geographical nexus is the geographical nexus referred to in section 43CA(2).

For this Division, the place where an offence is committed is the place where any of the physical elements of the offence happen.

For this Division, the place where an offence has an effect includes:

any place whose peace, welfare or good government is threatened by the offence; and

any place where the offence would have an effect (or would cause such a threat) if the offence were committed.
