103 Service of notices, &c.
Except where otherwise provided in this Act, a notice required by this Act to be given to a person may be delivered personally to that person or sent by post, addressed:
in the case of an individual, to the person's last-known place of business or residence; and
in the case of a corporation, to its registered office in the
Territory or otherwise as provided by the Corporation Law.
Without limiting the generality of subsection (1)(b), a notice under this Act or arising out of a breach of this Act or a condition of a lease under this Act may, in the case of a corporation without a registered office in the Territory, be served by affixing a copy of the notice on a conspicuous part of the land.
