95 Constitution of counties, hundreds and town lands
(1)
The Administrator may, by notice in the Gazette, constitute and define the boundaries of counties, hundreds and towns.
(2)
The Administrator may, by notice in the Gazette, set apart as town lands any Crown land within the boundaries of a town.
