20 Breaches may be remedied
(1)
Where a person commits a breach, by act or omission, of these
Regulations, the Management Corporation may serve on the person a notice in writing giving particulars of the breach and requiring the person to remedy it within a reasonable time specified in the notice.
(2)
Where the person on whom the notice under subregulation (1) has been served fails to comply with the notice, the Management
Corporation may remedy the breach.
