8 Powers of Management Corporation
(1)
The Management Corporation has the powers and functions conferred or imposed on it by or under the Act and these Regulations and, subject thereto, has the control, management and administration of the common property.
(2)
The Management Corporation may do such things as are incidental or ancillary to the exercise of its powers and the performance of its functions.
