(1)

The Management Corporation shall cause to be continuously displayed in a conspicuous place on the development area a notice showing the name of the Corporation and the address notified under regulation 5.

(2)

The Management Corporation shall cause to be continuously available in a conspicuous and accessible place on the development area one or more receptacles suitable for the purposes of postal delivery, bearing the name of the Corporation in clear and legible characters.

Maximum penalty for an offence against this regulation: 3.5 penalty units.
