71 Service of documents
Personal service on the Management Corporation may be effected by leaving it with the Chairperson, secretary or corporation manager or with a member of the committee.
A document or notice may be served on the Management Corporation by leaving it with a person specified in subregulation (1) or in the receptacle provided in accordance with regulation 70 or by post addressed to the Corporation at the address notified under regulation
5.
A notice required under these Regulations to be served by the
Management Corporation or by the committee on an owner, lessee, mortgagee or other occupier of a lot may be served:
by leaving it with a person apparently of or over the age of
16 years:
where the person to be served is an occupier of the lot, at the lot; or
where the address for service on the person to be served is recorded in the roll, at the recorded address; or
by post on the person to be served where an address for service on the person to be served is recorded in the roll, at the recorded address.
