93 Place for storage of explosives
Explosives stored in or on premises other than in accordance with regulation 92 or 92A must be stored in:
(a)
a magazine;
(b)
a government explosives magazine; or
(c) premises specified in a licence which authorizes the manufacture or storage of explosives.
