94A Government explosives reserves and magazines
(1)
The Minister may, by notice in the Gazette, declare Crown land within the meaning of the Crown Lands Act 1992 to be a government explosives reserve.
(2)
The Competent Authority may establish government explosives magazines in the places, buildings or other structures that the
Competent Authority thinks fit.
